Several years ago Donovan Blackwell (Tattoo Donny) picked up a tattoo machine starter kit while out shopping. Since then he has been called a natural at his craft. Being artistic at a very young age, tattooing was like 2nd nature to him. Donovan loves, and is passionate about tattooing.
